Да се наказват със затвор тези водачи, които по непредпазливост причинят смърт на пешеходна пътека или спирка, ако избягат от местопрестъплението, не са правоспособни да шофират, минат на червен светофар или карат с превишена скорост над 50 км/ч от допустимите.

Такива промени в Наказателния кодекс ще изготвят до месец депутати от ГЕРБ стана ясно на дискусия в парламента с роднини на загинали при катастрофи, на която присъства и вътрешният министър Цветан Цветанов. Шефът на вътрешната комисия в Народното събрание Анастас Анастасов представи поправките в Наказателния и наказателно-процесуалния кодекс.

„Предвидили сме - на първо място промени в Нaказателния кодекс в чл. 343 ал.3 – това е наказателният състав, в който се предвиждат наказания за лишаване от свобода за настъпили ПТП със смъртен край. Конкретно по буква „А”, след „местопроизшествието” се добавя – „или управлявал, без да има необходимата правоспособност, или на пешеходна пътека, или минава на червен светофар”. Това са квалифициращи състави, добавени към тези, касаещи алкохола, наркотиците, бягството от местопроизшествие. Има основание те да бъдат включени в този текст и да се носи по-висока наказателна отговорност за тях”, каза Анастас Анастасов.

„В същия текст – там, където има до 5 години наказание лишаване от свобода и до 8 години лишаване от свобода, предвиждаме промяна съответно – от 1 години до 5 години, а във втория случай – от 2 години до 8 години”, посочи Анастасов.

България е на първо място в Европа по брой загинали на пешеходни пътеки, коментира по-рано днес председателят на Управителния съвет на Българска асоциация на пострадалите при катастрофи Владимир Тодоров. „Това, което се наблюдава масово, особено в малките населени места, сега пролетно-летния сезон, често компанията, която пие на една маса, решава да се премести в друго заведение, т.е. има едно мълчаливо съгласие човек, който е употребил алкохол, да шофира. В крайна сметка много често, когато стане катастрофа с такава пияна компания, шофьорът остава жив, загиват спътниците”, заяви Тодоров.

В края на миналата седмица от МВР съобщиха, че започва проверка на състоянието на пешеходните пътеки в страната. Целта е те да бъдат приведени в съответствие с изискванията, утвърдени със заповед на министрите на вътрешните работи и на регионалното развитие и благоустройството Цветан Цветанов и Лиляна Павлова. При тежките случаи на смърт на пътя водачите ще получават от 2 до 8 години.

Това не е достатъчно. Има страни по 20 милиона жители и дават по 300 - 400 жертви на година по улиците. Ание сме една шепа хора по 700 - 800 на година. Трябва драконовски мерки. Има престъпления на пътя, които в БГ не се наказват толкова, а в чужбина се взима книжка. Не може в една Испания около 45 милиона души да има по 400 - 500 на година, а ние тука 6-7 милиона души по 700 - 800, че и до 1000 стигаме. Да се стягат тия политици и да гласуват мерки и закони, стига са ми строяли магистрали, по които да ни газят. Тъпанари

Да не мислите, че с тоя закон ще цъфнем. Сега ще има затвор, но ще им дават по някой месец, най - много 1 година колкото да отбият номера. Наскоро полицай тук в Стара Загора извърши подобно престъпление. Оказа се, че изобщо не е в затвора където трябва да е. А в Смолян при родителите си. Каквито и закони да имаме, нищо не се спазва тука.

Вярно е че тук всичко се обръща с главата надолу, но ако говорим по принцип си спомням думите на шефа на КАТ в България в едно интервю по медиите. Човека каза - Българите когато отидат в чужбина стават най-дисциплинираните шофьори в Европа.
